The FLIR Si124 acoustic imaging camera is designed to assist in the identification of pressurized leaks in compressed air systems and the detection of partial discharge in high-voltage electrical systems. This portable and easy-to-use device offers a faster alternative, up to 10 times quicker than traditional methods, for identifying issues. With 124 microphones, the Si124 generates a precise acoustic image that visually represents ultrasonic information, even in noisy industrial settings. The real-time transposition of the acoustic image onto a digital camera picture allows for accurate pinpointing of the sound source.

Additionally, the Si124 is equipped with a plugin that facilitates the importation of acoustic images into the FLIR Thermal Studio suite for offline editing, analysis, and advanced report generation. Field analysis and reporting can also be conducted using the FLIR Acoustic Camera Viewer cloud service. Regular maintenance utilizing the FLIR Si124 can contribute to cost savings on utility bills and delay the need for new compressor installations.
