- Standard limits of $1 million / $2 million, with higher limits available
- Deductibles starting at $2,500
- One-year and two-year policy options
- Certain taxes and fees on eligible two-year policies applying only during the first policy year
- Specialized association coverage endorsements that may not be available under standard policies
- No-audit policy options where available
- Premium financing with installment options, including programs starting with 25% down
