The Compressed Air Line Gas Leak Detector is a versatile tool designed for pinpointing leaks in compressed air lines. Additionally, it is suitable for use on coolant lines or gas lines to detect potential leaks. Equipped with an ultrasonic sensor operating at a precise frequency of 40 kHz, the Gas Leak Detector is finely tuned to detect leaks in air lines within the frequency range of 20 to 80 kHz.

The leak detector incorporates a high-pass filter to eliminate all noises below 40 kHz, enhancing the accuracy of leak detection. An integrated amplifier element ensures optimal detection of high-frequency tones associated with leaks. Apart from acoustic leak detection, the Gas Leak Detector displays the intensity of the ultrasound signal on a dedicated screen. For improved targeting of pipes or pressure vessels, the sensor includes a laser pointer. Additionally, the sensor can be adapted with a lance for more precise and focused leak detection.

With the Gas Leak Detector, users can safely identify leaks from a distance of up to 18 meters (59 feet), depending on the operating pressure in the pipeline. Powered by a rechargeable battery, the detector offers a usage time of up to 6 hours. Delivered in a sturdy carrying case, the Gas Leak Detector includes all necessary accessories for convenient and effective operation.
