EnSURE™ Touch features a 5-inch touch screen, wireless sync technology, cloud-based software, and the ability to conduct a wide range of tests, EnSURE™ Touch is designed to adapt to your workplace, providing the data you need to optimize infection prevention and lower HAI rates.

EnSURE Touch™ monitoring system is designed to be used for multiple quality and food safety tests. Users can use the system for ATP hygiene monitoring or have an expanded program that incorporates rapid microorganism tests for environmental monitoring and finished product testing. Additional tests for pasteurization and cooking proficiency are also available.

Enzyme Tests

The EnSURE™ Touch supports all three rapid enzyme tests. CrossCheck detects acid phosphatase activity to determine if raw meat residue exists on a surface. It can also be used to verify the thermal processing of finished products.  ZymoSnap ALP detects alkaline phosphatase activity in milk products to verify pasteurization efficiency.
