Multi Surface Protection™ organo-silane coatings are clear and durable protectants that are formulated for surfaces where changes in aesthetics are not tolerable. They prevent soiling, staining and water penetration and incorporate EPA registered antimicrobials to withstand the growth of bacteria, viruses, fungus and algae on the coating. (1 gal makes 10 gallons)
These coatings are perfect for the long-term protection of both porous and non-porous surfaces like upholstery, flooring/carpet, sinks, fixtures and countertops as well as other high touch and frequently used areas.
Product Overview:
- Multi Surface Protection™ is a clear, protective coating designed for treating or incorporating into all porous and nonporous nonfood contact surfaces including lumber, concrete, stucco, metals, tile, plastic, insulation, coatings, carpet and fabrics washable with water. Multi Surface Protection™ is a concentrated formula for treating porous and nonporous surfaces. It can be used on most interior and exterior household, commercial and industrial surfaces.
- Multi Surface Protection™contains durable, non-leaching EPA registered antimicrobials to permanently guard against and help protect the coating surface from mold, mildew, odor-causing microorganisms, black fungal staining, bacterial and fungal slime films. Since these materials are built into the molecular structure of the coating, they won’t wash off or wear away. Multi Surface Protection™ is a unique technology that is water-based, formaldehyde free, safe & easy to use.
