Masonry Protection™ coatings are green/natural, clay/ceramic-based surface protectants that use non-VOC emmiting acrylic binders to maximize longevity, water repellency and abrasion resistance. Product Overview

  • Masonry Protection™ has been developed to quickly penetrate masonry and to form a long-lasting molecular lattice of protection deep within the masonry structure that protects against water seepage while also priming the surface in one quick step.

    Masonry Protection™ contains durable, non-leaching EPA registered antimicrobials that permanently guard against and help protect the coating surface from mold, mildew, odor-causing microorganisms, black fungal staining, bacterial and fungal slime films. Since these materials are built into the molecular structure of the coating, they won’t wash off or wear away. This protection lasts the useful life of the coating film.
    Masonry Protecton™ is a high performance coating that penetrates, coats and protects surfaces in one quick step while leaving behind a tough, washable, abrasion/water proof coating. While highly water and abrasion resistant, it allows for reasonable water vapor permeance to prevent excessive hydrostatic pressure build-up that could lead to masonry failure over time.
