Return Policy

Micro Return Policy

Micro values its relationship with you, and offers you the option to return most products you purchase directly from Micro. You may return eligible products for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.

30-Day Return Period for Micro Mold Training & Certification Courses: Unless you have a separate agreement with Micro, or except as provided below, all course materials unopened and still in their sealed package may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and a 20% of the course retail price as a restocking fee. No refund will be granted for any request where the student has opened the course materials and/or started and/or completed any portion of the online course. Any product returned to Micro without prior authorization from Micro will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Micro will not ship the product back to you.

Third-Party Equipment or Course Return Policy: Unless you have a separate agreement with Micro, or except as provided below, all other products may be returned subject to each company's return policy. Depending on the return policy, a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees may apply. Any product returned to Micro without prior authorization from Micro will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive credit for the product and Micro will not ship the product back to you.

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Micro error, Micro may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

How to Return a Micro Course: Before returning a course, you must first contact Micro customer service and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Micro will not accept returns without a CRA number. To find the appropriate phone number or to send an e-mail to customer service to request a CRA number, go to www.moldcareer.com, or see the "Contacting Micro" or "Getting Help" section of your customer documentation. NOTE: You must ship the product to Micro within 5 days of the date that Micro issues the Credit Return Authorization number as follows:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Micro and for which you received a CRA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of your return, Micro will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.

How to Return a Non-Micro Manufactured Product: Before returning a product, you must first contact Micro customer service and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number and return address before the end of the applicable return period. The applicable manufacturer will not accept returns without a CRA number. To find the appropriate phone number or to send an e-mail to customer service to request a CRA number, go to www.moldcareer.com, or call toll-free at 888-813-6653. NOTE: You must ship the product to the proper manufacturer within 5 days of the date that Micro issues the Credit Return Authorization number as follows:

  • Ship back all products you are seeking to return to the proper manufacturer and for which you received a CRA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
  • Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any other items that were included in your original shipment.
  • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of your return, Micro will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.

Note: Before you return the product to Micro, make sure to remove from your computer any and all confidential, proprietary, and personal information you've downloaded from the Micro course materials.
