- Non-Auditable regardless of revenue
- No Minimum Earned
- Only Mold Inspection Revenue used for rating
- Optional Deductibles available
- Micro Work Order mandatory (see copy attached at the bottom of the application)
- Payment Options: Single installment or 10 payments
- Fast Turnaround – Binding upon completed application and premium paid in full or premium financed through IAICC and funded (14.98% APR; 10 equal installments)
